‘Strange Gold Shoes’ is an absurd tale in which a dead-pan narrator tells the story of Bella and Bob who live on a slippery slope. Bob suffers from flatulence and a fear of slopes, while Bella suffers from ‘Wooden block’. A pair of Nike trainers star as the Strange Gold Shoes.

The Irrepressibles release a 7 track EP and DVD package ‘From The Circus to The Sea’ featuring Shelly Loves film ‘The Forgotten Circus’.
In the film, a surreal and lush forgotten world is brought back to life intensified by the richly descriptive score by The Irrepressibles.
Released officially at the end of January 2009 as a CD/DVD package through mail order and selected shops. This precursor to The Irrepressibles debut album most certainly possesses a world of its own.
